is a Visionary Humanitarian and Social Worker, has rich experience in Public welfare activities and community development. Highly regarded for the relentless commitment, he has laid the foundation of this Association, which reflects his social campaign to beat poverty and made an overwhelming impact on the entire TN region. The remarkable vision is based on the tenets of strengthening the skill ecosystem by bridging existing gaps. With exemplary management skills, he has brought in the most effective interventions and synergy in the area of skill development and entrepreneurship promotion, focusing on sectors and regions that need attention to improve value chains.
Completed his Civil Engineering and began his career in the Construction field, where he excelled himself and achieved various milestones in a short span. Continuing as a Managing Director of his Construction company, he not only was successful in his business but also took a lot of Government projects benefiting the rural and urban sector of TN Region.
Alongside the career being a visionary humanitarian started The Alayam Welfare Trust 2011 as a non-profit organization which has its primary focus on facilitating the downtrodden to adopt a better standard of living and transform lifestyles. The vision of developing the condition of the children, youth, women, differently-abled and the marginalized communities by creating opportunities for education, skill development, jobs and women entrepreneurship. For the last 9 years, has been in the field of public welfare and that meant holding incessant meetings and conducting numerous social activities all year round, in targeted areas across Tamil Nadu.
& became the President of 'Tamil Nadu Paralympics Sports Association" in 2021 by Para Athletes request to support Paralympic Movement in Tamil Nadu, in his leadership the State Athletics, Swimming Powerlifting Championships were conducted with high budget and also hosted National Para Athletics Championships 2021 under his able leadership.
