KirubakaraRaja Balaraman is a Human Resource skills consultant and motivator, has extensive experience in organisation development roles as well as facilitating and development of operational/ strategic management over a decade at Pan India level. Highly regarded for fast-paced formulation and implementation of several key talent management initiatives. His core area spins around skill development, assessment/ certification and capacity building.
Began his career as a Regional Co-ordinator with CII, where he was empanelled to conduct third-party assessment/ certification for skill development training programs in South India and North East India. After which he joined with Bureau of Skill Assessment (BSA), as the Regional Director, headed operations for Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland. Then, served as Principal Consultant (Business Development) with various prestigious organisations such as India Skills, Inspire Skills, Orion Edutech, Chennai’s Amirta and Mythili’s Beauty and Wellness Academy. After which, as a Managing Partner with Vedham, he collaborated with RMD Trust, Sri Santhoshi Trust, Jayaraman Educational Trust, Thiruvalluvar Educational Trust, Georgia Technologies, Agni Siragugal Charitable Trust and Gandhi Foundation and implemented several Government skill development programs.
