Annual General Body Meeting of PCI has been convened on 24.03.2021 at 7:00pm in the Abu Sarovar Portico, 926, Poonamallee High Rd, Kilpauk, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600084,

under the Chairmanship of the Chairperson with the following Agendas:
AGENDA:
1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 04.05.2019 at Bangalore.
2. Discussion with regard to aligning of PCI Constitution and Bye Laws in line with the National Sports Development Code of India, 2011 (Sports Code) guidelines, specifically for Age, Tenure Term, Objectives and Goals, Elections, Audit and Finance, Athletes Commission, Ethics Commission, etc.
3. Ratification of Minutes of the previous Governing Board Meeting of PCI held after 4.05.2019 to till day.
4. Amendment in PCI Constitution with regard to revision in financial power and raising the limit of sanctioning unauthorised expenses by PCI President and Secretary General
5. Confirmation of all the proceedings of AGM held on 04.05.2019 in compliance and in adherence to the conditions of Registrar of Societies, Bangalore Letter dated 06.09.2019 & 24.09.2019.
6. Approval of PCI’s Audited financials for the year 2019-2020 / Assessment year 2020-2021.
7. Discussion on guidelines with regard to State / UT Association in line with the regulations and guidelines of MYAS as circulated by PCI.
8. Enhancement of PCI Annual Membership Fee.
9. Hosting and conduct of IPC Approved Championships in India including Open Para Athletics Grand Prix in line with the Fazza Para Athletics Championship , Handisport Open Paris – World Para Athletics Grand Prix etc. on regular yearly basis w.e.f. 2022-23.
10. Identification and promotion of prospective Paralympic Sports on priority wherein Indian Para Sportsperson have a chance to get the Podium ranking at Paralympic Games / Asian Para Games/ Commonwealth Games.
11. Discussion with regard to start of Educational Courses in Association with Accredited Indian / Foreign universities in Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduate, for creating a pool of Educators in line with IPC.
12. Certification of Disable Friendly Accessible Infrastructure by the select team of PCI in view of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court Order dated 15.05.2018
13. Creation of Independent grievance and vigilance anti discriminatory Cell to handle the grievance of Para Athletes and prevention of women harassment.
14. Discussion with regard to suitable action against Ex Officials of PCI for their internal disturbance and hurdles in functioning of PCI and loss of PCI reputation nationally and internationally. (Ref. FIR No 0112 dated 27.11.2019 at Tilak Marg Police Station, New Delhi)
15. Review and discussion regarding participation of the Indian Para Team and their performance at various IPC approved Championships and upcoming Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
16. Analysis of District wise records of Para Athletes and Playing facilities available in each state (ref. PCI letter dated 20.10.2020) and promotion and development of Paralympic Sports in each district.
17. Discussion on timely adherence to the PCI Membership Fee and submission of other important documents like registration certificate, bye laws, constitution and Governing Board details by Affiliated States / UTs .
18. Any other matter as per the permission of the Chair.
